So what's the most embarrasing thing your husband or your ex ever do?
An example -
I had asked my ex-husband to cut a small hole in a bookcase so I could still use the plug. Instead of using a forstner bit on a drill to cut a simple circle - he used a foliding knife (not a lock back) and ended up nearly severing his finger in the process. I had to rush him to the emergency room to have his finger re-attached.
Hence the reason I used to call him my "mechanical lizard" rather than a "mechanical wizard".....
My husband has been remarkably good about not embarrasing me...but from time to time I think back on the little quirks that my ex had. I keep thinking that my husband will develop those same little quirks and it hasn't happened yet.
Funny with my ex - he was being a jerk. With my husband, it's all just cute.
We see the faults of our ex's through a magnifying glass, and those of our current spouse are nearly invisible...
