Trouble in paradise....

Sometimes I think it would just be easier to be single. It seems I can never think about my needs and I always get upset over him. Maybe I am just overreacting or jealous but it hurts when it seems like your boyfriend of 3 years talks to your old friends whom you don't talk to anymore and says 'love you' and tells them stuff that I have never heard him tell me It seems like we are becoming distant cause he can't even hold my hand in public for long woo self esteem is even better

Am i just overreacting, if so why does it hurt so much
