I'm off to Scotland tommorrow evening. I'll be staying up at my old driving/motorbike instructor Derek's and his family in wick right at the top of Scotland. I have been emotionally all over the place recently and all i can say is I have needed this time to sort myself out through and through. It's not the aboriginal "Walkabout" where you walk and walk and walk until you meet yourself but it's my way of completing my own way back to normality. My past reactions and opinions of many friends (some for many many years) haven't been totally justified and I feel regret for not catching myself sooner and doing this a while back.

Catch you all soon, I'm going to be freezing my bollocks off on the coast of the North Sea looking towards Orkney. Take care all of you and I am thinking of you. Moi has to achieve Chaos status again and I had a most wonderful final day at Dogs Trust today after agreeing to do 1 last day for Enid. I've had them crying with hysterics and they've helped me see wonderful sense in life and emotions this past month.

Au Revoir Dogs Trust, I have proven Shoe Studio sooooo totally wrong and came away with a taste of Jamaican food which I shall hold onto. I am almost back in myself now, just need to go for very long walks in the Scottish countryside next week and enjoy nature and the elements in all its glory.
