So I got the job at Zumiez 
And I'm still going to keep my other job but I'm only going to work the morning shifts before the store opens so I can wear what I want. I say that because I plan to treat myself to getting my snakebites soon
We're at the halfway mark for the year and I have listened to a lot of music and I figured I'd post my top 5 albums for the year so far in no particular order:
1. Atmosphere - When Life Gives You Lemons, You Paint That Shit Gold
2. Coldplay - Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends
3. Omar Rodriguez-Lopez - Calibration (Is Pushing Luck and Key Too Far)
4 Stick To Your Guns - Comes From The Heart
5. Death Cab For Cutie - Narrow Stairs
And it's not up for debate because those are MY top 5 favorite albums this year so far. What are yours?
PS WTF LAKERS?!?! How do you blow a 24 point lead and let the Celtics have the biggest come back in NBA history!?!? Lakers need to stop falling apart in the 3rd quarter because you can't let them come back from that much of a deficit. Kobe you need to start scoring early in the game I know you're trying to get away from the whole being selfish mentality but right now you need to play with that mentality a little bit more (only 17 pts!!)

PPPS I haven't been heavy on rap (with the exception of Atmosphere, Murs, Aesop Rock and other "underground" artists) since high school because it seemed to have dumbed down over the years with club songs and ridiculous dances. I'm not the clubbing type so they don't appeal to me. So I don't really get into rap that much but there are artists and songs that come out that make me realize how much love I have for the genre. Like this one for example:
I love the aggressiveness and passion. That's what rap needs to be more of these days
