also, at the moment... i'm watching the movie "The devils" directed by Ken Russell..
those of you who have never seen this film and like unusual flicks might want to check it out..
it's based on the infamous Loudon exorcisms that took place (on nuns no less) in france back in 1634. and it was banned in italy way back in the day also..
creepy, surreal and haunting, the movie sinks its teeth into the repurcussions of sexual repression combined with politics and religion (being nasty playmates)
it stars Oliver Reed and Vanessa Redgrave... its disturbing but effective.
and to me, one of my personal Ken Russell favorites.
so check it out if you get the chance.

Sounds like a movie to check out. I watched a good bit of the 30 Days marathon on FX yesterday. First time i've watched it before. I'm going to go rent Super-Size Me when I get a chance. The one episode of 30 Days was extra special to watch cause they came to Columbus to see if they could live off of minimum wage.

yay - bdays (especially other people's) are cool! Thanks for the homework help - I am sans Canadian - so I have time to do something other than school, work, mommyhood, and man. But, it all got integrated into a fabulously bullshitted essay which earned a stellar A- The professor and I are mortal enemies, I am the cat, he is the rat...I am still winning even if he won't give me any A's..... kiss
