but here's something bizarre..

yesterday at work i took a phone call from one of our clients whose dog has
a collapsed trachea..

and here is how some of our conversation went

HER: uumm... well.. ya see, the doctor we last saw said something about having some type of
surgery to fix this, only i'm not sure
if she said it had to be done at an ANIMAL HOSPITAL or a REGULAR HOSPITAL?

ME: I'm sorry...

HER: Animal Hospital or a regular hospital... i just cant remember what she said

ME: do you mean regular hospital as in a people hospital?

HER: yeah..

ME: uummm... no, that procedure on your dog can only be done at an animal hospital maam
