My first gig like so many of us was in the food service industry at K.C. Cagney's Deli/diner in Miami. I made deserts and salads for minimum wage. I was 16 and had just gotten my drivers license and wanted a car. Well I got that car which was my pride and joy and responsible for many off campus high school shenanigans! I also started going to underground goth/alt nightclubs with my best friend and we started promoting cause we were some fierce super goth kids haha ; ) and modest! Not long after I was working the door for quite a few nights and ended winning a competition for best day/night job transition that the local paper was holding. I got to do a photo shoot for the cover all goth-ed out and won a vacation to Jamaica mon at Sandals resort (oh the irony, considering I didn't care much for the sun). I gave it to my parents and made them so proud ; ) lol. I'll try to find that picture of me on the cover for ya'll : ) @missy @rambo @lyxzen
