Yes there that word is..am I satisfied? I would say well, sort of, kind of, well don't really ask me that! o.k. no I am not satisfied...and in saying that I feel that it is a hard place to be but it is a place---a valid place--a place we all are in from time to time. I am just letting the judgement go of not 'Being Happy" to just observing my desire to feel better" and then moving on...
