Woohoo!!! Off to the Emerald Isle tomorrow!
I was so much looking forward to my trip, and being on my own with 2 kids, I thought it would be better to do a long journey through the night so the kids dont get too bored and can (hopefully ) sleep. I am going from Cumbria in England to Holyhead in Wales then getting the ferry across to Dublin (I just LURVE Dublin.....And that accent......Mmmmm!). So the train through to Wales was just going to be a long train journey but now, due to work on the lines, I have to make 5 changes!!!!! Thats right! 5! Man..... This means I dont get more than one hour on each train (so much for us sleeping most of the way) and have to get a coach some of the way too!
Ah well, these things are sent to try us. I am hoping that once we get to the ferry, the nice ferry peeps will take pity on the worn out mother of 2 kids at 2.30 in the morning and give us a cabin on the cheap, especially as I am still breastfeeding the youngest.
Well, Thursday morning will soon come and we will be arriving in Dublin (Oooo, that accent!!!) where we will be getting picked up and travel to my mothers house in the middle of no where (seriously, its just fields!
), and I get to spend a week doing nothing. Zip. Zero. Narda. Its gonna be awesome. Add to the tranquility my mothers home cooking, and the slightly messed up trip will be well worth it.
The pnly down side being that my set Devils Blood is out on the 7th, and I dont now if I am going to be able to access the internet TuttyFruity shoot this for me, and it's her first one in MR, so please be nice
