1. Maybe she doesn't want to be married? Anyone in a relationship who is trying to find someone eles before they break off their current relationship is looking for someplace safe to land before they let go; it's honestly cowardly and if you're trying to ride 2 horses at the same time (not like that, pervs) it's gonna go bad for you.
2. Maybe she's in an open marriage? Anyone in an open relationship should be upfront about that; withholding information is still a form of deceit and not a good way to start a relationship
3. Maybe she's just really friendly and passionate and wasn't actually flirting with you? Even I know, as much as I can be oblivious to things like that, that she was flirting with me FFS 🙄

Well, best of luck to her.  I have enjoyed casual flirting with colleagues from time to time but due to my work I’ve always avoided any impropriety (this weeks work buddy is next weeks suspect or victim).  I’m completely clueless when it comes to someone actually being interested though & have only found out years later about “missed opportunities”, frankly I’m ok with most of them being missed!
