So there's a woman I follow on IG, who posted a nice thirst trap in her story, and I gave it the "hearts for eyes" emoji in response. She then messaged me to tell me that she also sells content. Now, literally a few days before she'd done the same, I'd given it the same response, and she had messaged me this exact thing. I also at the time had told her that a couple years ago I had bought content from her, but that it didn't save, and I once again reminded her of this conversation, ending it with a LOL to show I wasn't trying to be a dick. She then replied, "Oh, my bad, I'm just trying to get paid."
Now, I don't blame the young woman for trying to capitalize on a product -in this case, her looks and comfort with being naked and selling videos of her playing with herself to strangers- because everyone wants to "get paid". But unless she's a lot more popular than she seems on her page, I would've thought she'd remember us having a conversation literally days before that, and it wasn't like she's someone I talk to thru messages a lot where said conversation would've been buried a while back. It was still visible when she messaged me.
I guess I'm mainly perturbed with the fact that when she had said this to me a few days ago I'd told her that I wasn't in a position to be paying anyone for anything like that (things have been tough financially this month; not saying I'm unique in this, just stating a fact as it relates to me). I'm not angry, just annoyed that she didn't even look at me like a person, more like a ATM that she could withdraw money from. Again, I understand where's she's coming from, just annoyed at the way she acted.
But oh well, I'm sure in a week she'll probably do that again and if she mentions it once more, I'll more than likely block her. She's cute and all, but definitely not worth being annoyed when I interact with her LOL
