I have a dilemma:
My brother, who, wierdly enough, only lives about ten minutes from me, has made an offer. His roomate is moving out of his apartment-he needs new roomate(s)...me and my boy have lived in our current apartment for a year or so--it is small...cozy but pretty small--plus it is section 8 housing (poor peoples govt. housing) and we have lots of annoying-potsmoking neighbors....but, we get help from the govt. in hard times (loss of wages, car accident, cut hours at work etc.) and out rent is made up by how much we earn...so that we can afford it-which is awesome. Our apartment is nice, but my brothers is decadent-built in tiki bar, dance hall, huge kitchen, grand piano, etc....it might be wierd as hell living with my tempermental annoying brother with my boyfriend--maybe unconfortable....but this apartment is my dream apartment--and the rent is very very affordable (almost the same as what the govt. makes us pay here).....I rarely get dressed and like to just be myself now since I live with my boy and we have our privacy-but we could have a fucking kick ass apartment if we moved---but lose all these great benefits we have in the apartments we live in now (and waited for on a list for about 9 months)......there are so many factors in this decision--anyone care to comment?!?!
