Hallo one and all.

Whats been going on since I last posted? Well I have been the proud reciever of an old 4th Gen Ipod, 40Gb, which I'm not complaining as it was bloody free. The bruv gave me his old one and Im gunna increase the capacity to 60Gb by adding a new hard drive in there. Brill, been putting all my music on there. Ive stuck about 10Gb on there and there's still more to come. I absolutely forgot about half the music I had and love the shuffle function because it randomly gives me some great tracks. I forgot how great the band Echobelly were. It's fucking great working and listening to what I want not being dictated by what others want and what the radio dictates.

What's up at work, well lets just say god I love equations and graphs sometimes cuz I can work out something so quickly and easily, my fave of this week has been this one, simple but can be used for som many things:

I'm re-doing my CV into a skills set CV as it's seriously time I left my work place, Ive realised that my workplace really doesn't have a future for me. It's sad as there are alot of people I work with I like and the work is varied and interesting and Im learning and discovering things every day. Whats happened is that there's no permanent jobs in my group because another group, that honestly doesnt do much, is getting all the funding to hire and Im getting annoyed with it. Contracting is a bitch as Ive realised another guy who I wrk with and is permanent gets paid 7 grand more than me just cuz I'm a contractor. Some of you might say 'why dont you go for a job with the other group', well a few reasons.

1. They dont like me and I dont like them.
2. There group leader accused me of bullying when i told one of there group he wasn't pulling his weigh withthe work and it was screwing me over.
3. Because of the above they would never hire me and I wouldn't work for them.

I really like my group, it's not so kinda conservative as some groups can be but they won't hire me, and they keep telling to hang on and that they will but it's getting to a bit of a piss take when other contractors who've been there fo less time than me are getting inerviews and I'm sitting around getting frustrated.


God I need drugs and booze right now.
Oh and a shag would be nice, I'll put those on my list for santa, I haven't had any for a month now frown


Anyways Im excited and a bit afraid of whats out there in the future, I'm looking everywhere for a job, in a field of science that interests me and I want to move somewhere exciting and thats what i'm looking forward to smile
Anyone got any suggestions for places to move to? Im event tempted to move abroad for something different.

So if anyone wants a physics grad, with polymer and Pharmeceutical formulation, engineering and testing experince as a process Scientist give us a shout.

On a bit more lighter note what's happeining about the Brighton SGUK meet in march, it seems like the boards gone dead quiet and Im not sure whats happening. If anyone wants to put up a fatty in there house in Brighton on the 17th March give us bell cuz that would be awesome smile
