should I go all political here, stating the obvious and preaching to the sg choir? Not much to say that hasn't been screamed at the tv already by MILLIONS of people. You very simply have an administration that feels as if it has a subjective mandate from above to do as it will, history will redeem us, crap like that...There seems to be much less of a Nixon-like subterfuge; it's all out in the open with an awareness of bystander syndrome...e.g. we will drill in Anwar, destabilize multiple continents, get our kids maimed and killed, erode all civil rights, lower the cultural tone, destroy dissent, isolate ourselves all while lining a few people's pockets AND "what are you going to do about it?"...They don't care about doing this in public, as no one can really stop them...that sums it up...things don't look great for 08', either, as the Republicans who actually hate Bush and the Tejas mafia will trundle their entirely less offensive candidate in the form of George Pataki, John McCain or Bill Frist...can you name a Democrat who can beat them?
I have missed both Land of the Dead and The Devil's Rejects, which out to get me kicked out of the club...
