I still remember the day it happened, as if it were yesterday.





I also remember by first trip back to New York after 9/11.

I remember getting off the subway and heading up the stairs to get outside.
I remember seeing the massive area that once was the World Trade Center.
And I remember standing there, in the middle of the sidewalk ...alone, and crying for 15 minutes before I could even get myself to move.



I will never forget.
