Things are going pretty damn well lately.
That isn't to say, things are easy. But the good most certainly outweighs the bad.
The day job has been rather busy (but at least it's going smoothly)
My son has had a good start to his school year so far (this makes me very happy)
My ears are healing nicely (from having them scalpeled to an inch)
I was tattooed on Labor Day (started my leg sleeve from my knee to the top of my foot)
I've (for the first time in my life I think) been overwhelmed with the wonderful feeling of being loved, respected, and appreciated. It's a wonderful feeling.
Oh, and I've finally managed to juggle my work schedule around to give me weekends off! For the first time in months I will finally have 2 days off a week.
It's amazing how quickly things can change (in this case, for the better)
