The unemployment state continues, sadly. Though there is one shining factor that is making me very curious, my friend Scott has informed me that the place he works for is looking for three computer programmers and that he's going to try to get me in without any experience. So i've been trying to learn the whole thing from scratch, doing tutorials online, just trying to get a handle on the whole thing. I would be lying if I didn't say that it's a little intimidating with all that it takes to do this work, but it's an interesting field that could be a career for me if I play my cards right and can get my foot in the door. I'd be making twice as much if not a little closer to three times more than i've ever made, which is always a good thing, it would be salary, which means I may get worked to death, but at least I know what my paychecks are going to be every two weeks. I'm really hoping something comes along, I certainly wouldn't mind this working out, but I want whatever I should be doing to be what I happen to come across within the next month or two.
