I'm alive. barely.
I didn't take/get/whatever any of my 15 minute breaks Saturday (1-9:20pm shift), and my lunch was an hour and a half late (I ate at 6). Stupid sale and stupid coupons made it stupid busy, and a woman feel backwards down an escalator, taking out the man behind her. She hit the back of her head and was bleeding all over...oi. Scary stuff. They were both conscious when the paramedics came, to my knowledge.
I went to bed late, had to get up early (8:45 is too early for me) Sunday.
Then I didn't take/get/whatever any of my 15 minute breaks yesterday. Maybe I got one of them...I don't remember. We were a person short, things were nuts.
Went to bed at 3 last night, had to get up at 7:45 this morning.
Kicked the morning off with a can of coke because I couldn't even get out of bed. Day was blah. Put inktags on some Twins jerseys. Mind you, childrens has NO inktagged items. But I found yet MORE tags for these (guys') jerseys in the girls' fitting room this afternoon, and these were not torn off, they were cut off. I've found tags from these things 3 times in the last week. Head LP guy told me we're not supposed to do it, but if we're having a problem with them we can inktag them anyhow.
Oh shit, when did I get these scrapes on my elbow? Yay scabs!
I'm gonna head downtown tomorrow to dump some of my used bus passes in the drawing box (they draw two passes every month, you write your name and # on your passes and if you're drawn you get a free $20 pass), then I'm gonna head over to the St Paul campus for my school and sell my econ textbooks back. I haven't marked them up or anything - the back cover on one of the two has a little crease in it, so there's a good chance I could get quite a bit of my money back. I paid $98 for the set - it's possible that I could get 50% or more back. Checking the summer schedule, there are 3 macroecon classes, and they're all using my book set, so that increases my odds.
Hahaha, I aced econ! Take that bitches!

Good luck getting any cash for your textbooks... in my experience the university bookstores give you crap no matter what condition the book is in. In fact I think they don't even distinguish between good and bad condition, outside of having a lower limit for how bad a book can be before they reject it entirely. I just sell mine on Amazon. Some don't sell, but the ones that do tend to bring in a lot more money.
Good job acing your econ class. Glad I don't have to take any of those
