Did you ever feel like there was a little part of you that you had to keep from everyone else, that you couldn't share? Not because it was bad or anything, but because you just wanted to keep it to yourself?

I find myself writing things here that I wouldn't talk to any of my friends about. I don't want to share these things with them, for whatever reason. I just don't want to talk to them about it. I write them to get them out, clear my thoughts up, or make myself feel better, not to worry about people reading or even caring.

But deep down I want someone to care. I just don't want to worry about it.

I totally use my journal as self-therapy. I just think it's easier to wirte some things down than say them to people. Also it is easier to let strangers hear things that you don't want loved ones to worry about.

Sometimes it feels good to just let your feelings out. Maybe feelings you wouldn't actually act on but they are still sitting inside of you. All feelings need to be validated.

The problem is saying things to ones who care about you can cause them to react when all you wanted was to speak.

I would gladly exchange for some of your pain. Thanks for the offer. Youa re super cool.
