After the first 6 months working for a silicon valley startup i have to say, great companies do exist in this world!!
With over 400 people its not the smallest company in the world and yet i havent met a single person who said a single bad word about his time with the company...
i felt more connected to my colleagues after 2 weeks then in my old company after 4 years.
looking forward to the next 6 months+ ;)
