Went back to play in the streets today. Recouped my bus pass. Froze my ass off. Most people were more interested in the car accident a block away. Old black lady with scotch tape glasses gave me homework to learn some christmas music and some gospel. Persian tourists gathered around me on all sides while they shouted in foreign-tounged awe about the El Capitan theater across the street. Spontaneous lyric change from "I want you to want me" to "I need you to leave me".

Spiderman threw a nickle into my case. Yeah, I pocketed that shit.

Went to a party Friday night with Nick & got liquored up. Later, we went back to my place to listen to records until 2am. I'm getting annoyed at him, all he talks about is his own problems, which are significant, but I'm having some hard times myself. Not sure if I'm being selfish or if I just expect too much. I really don't need to hear about how great it is that he's almost out of debt. I guess he's always been a bit self-centered. Is it that or just clueless?

Saturday, just worked on music and then watched "Fists of Legend" with a friend. Sunday, watched the Packers get their ass handed to them.

I'm doing laundry and reading. Hungry. I think I'll cook up some veggie chili and maybe a salad.

I have a job interview at a Physical Therapy clinic tomorrow. $9/hr.

I'm not driving to Portland to stay with my sister for christmas. If the van broke down, I wouldn't have any means of repairing it. I don't know what to do for my family's presents other than to send them CDs of me.
