My van's stranded on a part of sunset where there are no parking signs. It has a shredded tire. No spare. I need to get rid of the weird 16.5" rims. I don't get paid until tomorrow. I keep checking on it to make sure the tires haven't been chalked or the windows smashed.

I'm cycling more, which feels good. The knee feels better. I'm finally getting over that cold. EmergenC is good stuff.
I've tweeked the wireless router some. It's faster and more stable now.
I'm playing upright bass with Nathan Payne. I haven't gotten the songs down yet, but it's fun. It's nice to be the bass player and not be responsible for everything. We're trying out a few different drummers right now. I don't know if we'll be ready to play NYE yet, but we should be playing out soon. The cool thing is since it's just acoustic guitar, upright bass, and minimal drums, we should be able to play in a wider variety of places. I'd like to do some guerilla music like setting up on the sidewalk outside a club & other random things.
