i had a pretty amazing weekend...
Friday:
hung out with Cherry & Voodou over a cup of tea and got some much needed sound advice on friday night. then DannyDiggs & I met up with Kumquat & Zathril for possibly the longest wait for a restaurant ever ( The Wallflower ) but was worth the 40 some minute wait... I had a portobello burger and a peanut butter chocolate ice cream cake sammich but was completely jealous of Kumquat's mac & cheese.
Saturday:
had brunch at my old boss's place which usually ends up being me getting some accordion lessons, drinking beer and watching football matches and listening to music. DannyDiggs & I went to the eatery at night and met up with Cruella, Glitch, Choplogik, Pirate, Kumquat, Pacmanman, Zathril & Louisa_...mini hangouts at our house after where Glitch blew my mind with a cartoon.
Sunday:
Had a picnic with DannyDiggs at Spanish Banks which was pretty much exactly what I needed, we loaded up on cookies, grapes, cheese, blankets and our favorite drinks from the cafe and chilled out... I even brought my slippers out to keep my feet warm. Took a few decent pics and headed back home... Watched some of Brooklyn's Finest and then Zathril popped in and treated us to pizza. Treating me to any food that has cheese on it is possibly a guaranteed way to stay on my good books for life.
& now I would like to leave you with a far more entertaining story:
