a very good childhood friend of mine passed away...
found outside, frozen to death.
not much information has been released just yet.
death is not something that scares me, its a part of life.
but to have your life taken away from you & to be left abandoned like that has gotten me feeling real shook up inside.
what is wrong with people.
whatever happened to unconditional love to every living creature
then in the larger picture, i firmly believe that things happen in life for a reason, you can learn from everything.
we tend to cause our own suffering or allow others to instill it within ourselves.
you have the power to overcome unhealthy patterns, evolve & change for something better.
flying back to winnipeg this weds to move what i need, give away what i dont need & come back the last week of january. now ill have a funeral to attend.
as i grow older, part of me has realized there has been so much death going on in the past two years around me but in all my life other then losing my grandfather, this is the first death thats really bothering me.
i know ill be okay, ive been very blessed lately in life, i am grateful for where my life is headed & the path i have chosen, my heart it is breaking for my friends back home and the family involved, i just want them to find closure & if possible solace.
its very important to treasure every moment like its your last.
