hey i do need to update but ill admit some frustration
last monday i wrote down a good solid long ass blog..

explaining how i couldnt get into the email links for the sg night in calgary in order to post a shwack load of pics for all you guys and gals to enjoi....

but i was all stuck at my mom's pc and not my delicious macbook and every time i loaded the links the sites asked me to enable javascript and i did... changed them settings and all folks for it never to work
then the worst part to even try to drop a members name or any other javascript link on sg to tag or etc would lead to the page loading straight to the sg frontpage....

after pounding my fist on my moms new wireless keyboard i walked upstairs and biked to the gym and ran the track

my past post that wouldnt save of load outta my non comprehension of my ma's comp...ive come to terms with needing to uptake my physical activity/exercise so that i wont fall apart when im all super old and to get myself ultra fit for the near future.

so yeah. imma hit up a safe internet location tomorrow and do the pic post. and if i dont, you guys can all give me a hard time. for serious.
