Back home feeling quite normal! Stopped limping, foot is much better. Quitting smoking going good, quitting drinking not working out. Must have some form of entertainment. However need to remember to keep pants on. Working on launching site today, meeting with programmer and merch account person. Have designers working on new ideas. Need to resize pics to upload.

It's easier to quit one thing at a time then change your whole lifestyle at once...I'm sure your doing great honey keep it up!
