It seems to me that as an adult in a reasonably professional environment, that I shouldn't have to be explaining to other adults that bullying, isolating and berating a coworker is not just shitty, it's illegal. at what point does someone look down at their clearly miniscule gentalia and decide that because of their inadequacies, they must make a constant effort to belittle and abuse a coworker for sport? what joy can an adult get out of making every weekday a living hell for one of his employees? now there's an established pattern of bullshit (including intimidation and borderline stalking) from said employee over the last 5 years, yet but because of the 'good ol' boy' club, said abuser has not just been left in a position of authority, but rewarded for his behavior. this is unacceptable. and I fully intend to use my position (and righteous fury) to make sure an example is made of this guy and hopefully his supervisor/enabler.
