So here I am, fresh back from another arctic adventure and living in a house that's not MY house. I seem to be having a case of "domestic reassignment" & am currently camping out in a crazy timber-frame room at my parents...a weird feeling when you're in your 40's. But good news is, I'm happier than I've been in a decade...at least. Just let me say that having been stuck in a shitty domestic situation for a long time, don't give up and don't lose sight of what is good. I have some amazing friends and I can't tell you how important it is to have an amazing support group at an incredibly rough time.

So mosquitoes are out in Greenland and what few flowers they have are in full bloom and it's really kind of pretty when you stumble across a patch of gorgeous flowers in an otherwise barren landscape.
