OK.... 15 days.. Without power, 2 without water... and in between the 15 days there were 2 days of power. How fucked up is that? Let me tell you, fucked.
HOWEVER. The whole time, I felt blessed. It was not as hot as it was during Katrina when I had 6-7 days without power and I was sure my family was ok this time. It was just me, just me. and michael of course. My mom came down and brought water and gallons and gallons of gas! I told her not too, it was only 3 days without power but Mom's come, ironically the next day, no gas lines.
LYRIC was adorable for Halloween! I didn't get trick or treaters and with no electric, no party. So it's going to go on Next month.
Michael got a new job, started last week. I was VERY proud, am still. I'm so happy that he is doing well.
