Work is getting so much harder to deal with! I have to work two days a week with someone I put in a formal request not to work with twice. I've also put in written complaints about his sexual harrassment which stopped (I don't care that he's gay, grabbing my chest and ass in front of customers is NOT OKAY!) but I still can't work with him! Ever! He drives me nuts and I want to hurt him so much when we work together. He makes twice as much work for me, won't clean up after himself, won't do what I ask him to do (I'm a shiftleader by the way, he's my cashier) and won't by any means do any of his checklist in a timely manner because he wants to milk the company for money, which the owner can't afford to have happen right now. This guy is just making me hate life and I can't work with him and yet he hasn't been fired, hasn't had a REAL talking to, and hasn't had anything happen to him. AND HE'S BACK ON FIVE DAYS A WEEK! I have two managers, one is sort of the manager and the other is sort of like the assistant manager, though they're both called "operations managers", but I talked to the main manager about all this many times and she doesn't seem to give a shit one way or another, and "tries" talking to him and he never listens (I would have fired him a week after we rehired him) and tonight I talked to the assistant manager and he said he'd try to see what he could do, but I agree with our roaster (I work for a coffee shop just to catch everyone up) about how our assistant manager needs to get his balls out of his wife's purse and bring them to work and fire that prissy little backstabbing sexual harrassament jerk of a cashier and hire someone else! The manager said she just hired a few people, one is a rehire, so this should mean that HE'S FINALLY GETTING FIRED OR I'M GOING TO ATTACK MY BOSS. Not literally, I know we're short staffed, but it's called doing your job and switching around shifts and changing people to different stores to make it work. She's done it before, she CAN do it again. I told her once that if she kept doing it, one day I was just going to not show up. They can't fire me, they'd lose business. Happened last time I quit, lol. I'm everyone's favorite at my work! I make the best drinks in town (besides my fiance who works for the same company, different location) and I'm a jerk to everyone that walks into my store and they all love it. Granted, I get all the bikers from the little biker bar down the way, but hey, I always wanted to get a Harley and ride off into the wind, this is just kinda my paying respect, lol.

It's all about bitching out a Hells Angels member for sexually harrassing you while you're trying to delegate to a cashier then forcing the Hells Angel to apologize in front of all his lame friends, then him tell you he has total respect for you the next day. I love my job.

So my guinea pig hates me. I can't snuggle him because I break out in hives, but what I'm gonna do is get a nice big Rubbermaid contanier, one of the flatter ones, and buy some soft, furry fabric from the craft store, and create a little "day bed" for him so we can watch TV together like he likes and then I don't have to break out in hives. We can play and he can jump around and go crazy and I don't have to worry about taking allergy meds and rubbing calamine lotion all over my arms and neck (he loves nestling) and he can also see the TV better from the front instead of squeeking at it from the side. I just wish that Jasper didn't make my skin itch! LOL Guess that's what I get for getting a long-haired pigger. Hey, at least he has a natural mohawk.

I need to take my body seriously for once, hehe! I need to get off the caffiene (I have two or three energy drinks and maybe a coffee a day) and stop getting In And Out Burger just because they're new in town and yummy. At least I get protein style on my burger! Mmm... lettuce-wrapped burger heaven! I thought about this a lot today. Maybe it's because it's the "week-of-evil" and I feel gross and fat, but whatever. I have tried Weight Watchers, I was vegitarian for a year and vegan for six months after that, and still haven't really had luck. Weight Watchers worked once, but only because I had nothing better to do than to count points and measure food. I was homeschooled for christ's sake. Now that I work full time in a hectic environment, I don't have time for that kinda crap anymore. So maybe limiting some side stuff will help me out. I really can't eat too much during the day, it's just how often I eat shit food that is throwing me off, that and drinking so much caffiene I get anxiety attacks at work every time I get a little stressed out. No more crazy stuff. I'm getting older and I need to find a sustainable lifestyle. I've finally started taking my vitamins again for my hair, skin and nails. I used to pop those things like candy to try to make my hair grow out fast, and it worked.

Ever brain-fart then realize that you're body is still trying to do stuff from work when it need to not be, while you're brain is almost completely asleep and just working on any and all left over energy it can possibly produce? That's me right now. Oh man... It's crazy.
