For those in the loop, The conversation many have been waiting and hoping I would finally have has started. I gave her notice and she concurred that the changes I would have liked won't be coming any time soon so I will be extricating myself - still slowly and painfully but it looks to be like it is going to happen that way. So soon enough that door will be closed but it will still be a while till its locked since I am not able even after almost a year.
