Now everyone seems to think I have something against chocolate mousse when I love chocolate and mousse and chocolate mousse. To set the record straight I was trying to avoid a situation involving a girl who likes me but that I was attempting to set up with a friend of mine. Giving him all the space and room to make some sort of move was hard to do when it turned out to be the girl's birthday Monday and I was bribed into breaking the silence by of course - the chocolate mousse cake she was served by her department!
Today I compensated for not eating the entire chocolate mousse cake - all them sales people are afraid to gain a pound yet ate a lot of cake - by having 3 gooey chocolate/toffee cookies at lunch.
A new acquaintance of mine happens to work at Random House and I was awarded a gift of a free copy of Slick Willy Clinton's autobiography. Doubt I will read more than the juicy parts, but it looks good on my coffee table
