Spent yesterday at Jones Beach and saw good sets from Beastie Boys, The Darkness, Strokes, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and surprisingly was impressed with The Darkness.
Good times were had - rolled up to the parking lot in a big van and a cooler of beers - swapped doobie snacks with a group with a grill and everyone was quite happy.
