Today I experienced a wave of horror and still can't get away from it😰
The bottom line is that I have been in Turkey for a month now because I’m doing a residence permit for get back my work. I don’t know how long I’ll have to stay here, as the deadlines for the production of documents continue to increase.
Today I went to withdraw cash from my card, because tomorrow I have to fly to another city. The bank terminal issued an error and I calmly took the card and went to another terminal, where I also could not withdraw money from the card.
After that, I went into my banking application and was shocked, because there was no more money in my account that I wanted to withdraw😱
Transactions showed that I had withdrawn this money in cash, but I didn’t receive it.
I immediately wrote to the bank and it turned out that the process of returning my money would take 45 working days!
To get my money back, the bank will conduct an investigation, and since this is an another bank ATM in another country, it will take a long time.
It was money for which I planned to live for another month in a foreign country for me and I'm just crushed. My hands are still shaking and I feel like everything that happens this year just destroys me…I don’t know what to do…🫠
