There seems to be a big campaign at the moment (advert with phillipa forrester) to alert people to get tested for diabetes. I get uneasy everytime I see it . I might have it (it's a possiblity) I love sweets (esp white chocolate) and in the past year I have tended to overdose on the goodies (but that's my business); but then again it's all about moderation and it will be for your benefit. I hope it won't be too much of a bind for you.

I have finally uploaded the pics we took of Witley Court which we visited this weekend. If you get the chance to go you really should. It's a huge Victorian mansion which was unfortunatly destroyed by fire and is now a very spectacular ruin. The atmosphere at the place is stunning.

It got me thinking gut-curdling things about whats exactly *in* those travesties... the cashiers severed fingers, the passed out drunkards found behind the shop, those dessicated bugs you dig out of the corners of windows...
It could even be... (gasp, choke) the bits *mcdonalds* rejected

just a little piece of advice for all you "ear gauge" ppl ... CLEAN them EVERY MORNING/NIGHT!! For the love of god!!! I know way too many ppl with gauged ears that dont clean them regularly, and they STINK to high heaven!! There isnt anything like "ear stink", its the third most foul stench Ive ever smelled in my life. First being an actual skunk and the second being gonnoreah on a stripper hahah jk
