Another week goes by fairly uneventfully.

Loubie and Amy did the Race for Life on Sunday, I am very proud of them both not only did they have the determination to do it & train for it, they raised 100 for Cancer Research. Well done to them and to anyone else who took part up & down the country.

I cycled 26 miles this weekend! I have finally lost a bit more weight 4 lbs to be precise, I am determined to get down to 12st but loosing the last 1.5st is proving difficult.

I will be away from Fri Mon at the exotic (NOT!) location of Centre Parcs - Longleat with Loubie, Amyand Loubies Sister and her 3 Boys. I wont get much peace but it should be good fun and I will get some more exercise swimming and cycling. I am hoping to get some stickers up around the place too.

Amy is off on a school trip the day after we get back and Loubie is going away for a couple of days with her work. Its gunna be very odd having the house to my self even if it is only for 1 night, Im really not used to having nobody around.
