Diet update 3 : I have lost another 3lbs 
, would've liked to loose 5 really but its still going in the right direction, down.
Just when I thought work was going a bit better my boss put's his W****R head on again
I need a new job before in sacked for insubordination and gross missconduct. I'm very likely gunna refuse to do what He tells me then punch him.
