Diet update : I've lost 8lbs
I'm aiming to loose another 5lbs at least, this week, so wish me luck. I really thought that alcohol would be the thing I'd miss most but I'm cool with the whole sobreity thang, for now anyways. The thing I do miss tho is cereal, Shreddies mainly but alas they have to many of those pesky complex carbohydrates
My brother gave us some of his birthday cake a few days ago and it's in the fridge calling me "eat me, eat me" ooh there goes another Alice in Wonderland moment. That cake is EVIL and he is taunting me. We've made Amy eat 3 peices so far, not that shes complaining I might add
she's got 1 more peice to go them I'll be away from tempation.
So I bought some exercise stuff and am using it for round about 1/2 hour a day to begin with, you really won't beleive just how out of shape I actually am. I got more excersice putting the bloody stuff together. Assembling anything (especially Ikea furniture) is not my idea of fun, I can do it well enough it just brings out the worst in me lol.
Well enough about diets, so next subject please...ummm
ahhh...
Ive just realised that for the last 2 weeks the most interesting thing I've done is this bloody diet, jeez I really need to get a life
