GRRRR !!

I didn't log in yesterday as I was sooo angry

Had an awfull day @ work. I got given a written warning for making a simple mistake. I am sure that the Law says you can only get written warnings for misconduct, so am going to see my solicitor. Besides If my w**ker of a boss actually turned up and helped instead of expecting me to do everything on my own I would have been less busy and not in such a rush that the mistake would probably not have been made in the first place.

On top of that I had to do 2 hours of unpaid overtime to correct my mistake, and he is deducting the loss of revenue from my pay thus I am being made to pay for it twice, once in unpaid labour and again in loss of pay. Which I'm sure is illegal.

Anybody know anything about employment law ??

I may just call the Health & Safety peeps as I am often left to work alone with hazzardous chemicals. We only have a substandard first aid kit, no eyewash. Which has to be wrong !

So I logged in this morning and was instantly cheered up by Jetta's new set. THANKS SG and Especially Jetta.

I'm still angry but am also rather aroused
