Most days I get offered a cup of tea/coffee in every home I visit to carryout a repair. Today when Im wet through just from walking from the van to the various front doors, I get offered 1 cup. Now usually I decline anyway but today a warm brew was most welcome. She then felt the nee to appologise as she had not been shopping and only had Earl Grey. Now I love Earl Grey and really dont get offered it very much. It went down a treat. So thanks to my customer it made my day.
