From your journal entry it sounds like she likes you a lot but since she's not "out" she's afraid that if she shows you any affection in public she might be "outed" so she puts up a stone wall to ensure that the truth will not be revealed. I don't think it has anything to do with you and you should be patient with her.

well, not every gay or lesbian is comfortable being "out" or showing affection in public. If this is something you need in your relationship with her, then she's not the person for you. I know many lesbians who, although they are openly lesbian, don't show any affection in public....hell, I know hetro couples like that.

i'm stressed out, too. i am working so hard on an essay for school, but i feel like i am getting nowhere with it. i have three weeks left of classes, and the paper is due at the end of the class, but i find myself wondering if i will ever get it turned in. best of luck to you!
