Exciting news, I've accepted a new job as a Senior Tech for a local company. Finally I'm getting away from the job as the administrator for a local ISP. Working the hours I worked sucked 8 to 5:30 Monday thru Friday and then usually 4 hours a night from home and then even better being on call 24/7 and not being payed what I should be... so good by ISP welcome new job
