My lead baker walked out today & I have no idea why. He's supposed to talk to the F & B director this after noon about it. Whatever, it's my day off & I'm not dealing w/ it today. I've been busy Christmas shopping & working. It's snowed twice here so far. (A light dusting) I put up some rat pics. Katrina is the gray one & Rita is the blonde. I named them both after hurricanes, I thought it was fitting. My husband disagreed, but he bought them for me, so I get to name them. I'm trying really hard to lose 10 lbs, but I'm surrounded by chocolate all day!
