I am having a hard time keeping up with all these new sets! Its such a rapid pace now. I must be getting old.

the tongue trick - if you can roll your tongue, you can probably go all the way with the tri-fold thing. practice in the mirror....roll your tongue, then flex your tongue even harder, as hard as you can. i'm not sure how else to describe it!
