What a long and emotionally exhausting day. It was my grandmother's funeral this morning. I was really glad that it wasn't minus 30 below. It was kind of pretty when the snow flurries were flying and then when we went out to the cemetary, the snow stopped and it was peaceful and quiet. I got to be a pallbearer. I think it was cool that I got to do it for my grandpa and my grandma. It was crazy seeing so many people that I haven't seen for years. It made me feel very small. Sometimes it is hard to remember how big our world really is and how much we don't know is really going on out there. During this week, when visiting family and friends, take some extra time to have a conversation with someone you haven't talked to in awhile. You never know if and when you will see them again!
