Hey peeps...been busy here. Its been a few weeks since I last posted a blog. Way too long. Oh well.

Every weekend it seems we have something going on. Yesterday went to see Weezer and Sam Roberts at an outdoor festival. Got rid of the kids for the night. The show was out of town, so we got a hotel. Swam for a bit...it was a gorgeous day. Found a patio (after walking forever) and had a few pitchers of beer... Then off to the show.

Weezer was effing good. By the end of the show we were right at the stage - 2nd row. I love going to concerts...but wish people could be a little cooler when they have some brews. Not that we didn't meet cool peeps...we did... random people that we hung out with for a while. We always seem to meet random people at shows...

Alright - guys...I know its a concert...and I know we all have beers before and during, but just because a chick is being nice to you for a change, doesn't mean she wants to make out with you. I was way to close to getting into a fight just before the show started. Barbi was being nice to some guy...talking to him etc... which I guess to him meant she was interested. Which of course lead to him touching her hair, face etc... she as not cool with it...neither was I. But he seemed to keep going. I am not usually a dick (oh wait...yes I am) but dude...that's my girl...please be respectful. This definatley almost ended in a fight, which would have sucked cause then I would have been tossed b4 the show even began. But he backed off....Thank God. I was fucking pissed... probably still mad from friday night (see friday night below). I would have stayed mad if I didn't take a few minutes to cool down and go talk to him for a minute after the fact. I had to. I didn't want that anger hanging over me for the entire show. I apologized, so did he. And it was all Kumbaya again.

For a while anyway. Then Barbi almost got into a fight - with a dude. And I threatened to punch a girl. Sorry ladies. Its true. I did. Not cool - I know. But this dumb 19 year old valley girl was being the dumbest little bitch I have ever seen....she eventually got tossed by security and EVERYONE was happy and clapping and shit. Too funny.

Okay - so honestly - it was a GREAT time. I swear. Those were just funny incidents of people acting like asses. And me joining in to there stupidity.

So Friday evening, just about to leave work. Its 5 PM - i have already worked half hour more than I usually do and its FRIDAY. Time to leave. My wife and kids are down in the car waiting for me. Get a call from one of the managers. Needs a report done. When? By end of day. Dude...Friday at 5 IS END OF DAY. Why in the fuck would you ask me for this now???? I stayed till 7. It sucked. I smashed things at work, and was ready to toss my fucking laptop from the roof of the building.
