Well I have been away from the blog side of things for a little bit as it's been a busy and wild little while.
Let's catch up...
Firstly my wife fell incredibly I'll, to the point where she was in the ICU, intubated and sedated for eight days. She had a minor infection that brewed into a systemic sepsis, and on top of that on transfer to the city she had a seizure. Needless to say scared the shit out of me.
Secondly due to all of that we have decided to be sober... and I am glad for it... Sleep is better, PTSD seems a bit better (anxiety component), generally feeling better too.
Then the workouts have been getting better, have so far lost around ten pounds... Still want to drop more body fat and if a bit of weight goes too I won't complain. I have been doing some progress photos but have to figure out how to put them together in sequence side by side (anyone with tips please let me know).
Now that K is better we've gotten back to our 'normal' activities having some amazing times with some couples and a group party coming up soon. We're looking forward to going to a nearby naturist area with some of the couples this summer to enjoy being naked and of course some amazing fun!
