I absolutely love my job, seeing patients and helping people....it's what I thrive on, whether it is something simple or the complex multiple comorbid patient that is like a puzzle with missing pieces. What I can not stand is the drama, it is inevitable that there will be some drama, but holy shitonastick the repetition is getting boring and irritating.

So another spectacular week here, so much beauty in so many forms! I love this site for that, it isn't the cookie cutter BS you see every where else. I am probably repeating myself...old age....but this place makes me happy and honestly hopeful seeing people actually support one another in the expression of opinion and beauty.
Slowly getting the house set up, having a few moments here and there of "first world problems" but it is great to know I am in my place where I plan to stay for many years!!
