So I go to 7-11 at around midnight. I get some Gatorade and a pack of smokes and there is the clerk and this girl sitting on one of the seats for the slot machines. So I get my stuff and Im leaving and the girl on the stool says to me have a good night and I say Thanks and walk out, but Im blown away for some reason. I realize that, that girl was the first person to be complimentary to me for a really long fucking time (minus Burning Man) and Im driving away and I think to myself Fuck It. I pull a U-turn and go back to 7-11. I stop, go back in and say to the girl on the stool look Im not trying to pick you up but would you like to have a cup of coffee with me? Shes looking around like Who me? WTF? And says well thats my girl friend over there, ask her as she points to the girl sweeping the floor behind the counter. I say to her girlfriend Can I take your girlfriend out for coffee? and she gives me this no shit look and says Fuck I dont care ask her So I look over and she smiles and says, fuck, why not?


So Carrie and I go have coffee and shoot the shit for an hour. She tells me how she might be able to score some good bud, and I ask if she could tonight. She says probably and we proceed to drive around to several places. Well after a night of no one having anything we call it quits cause its getting late. But she gives me her number and tells me to phone her tomorrow. I say ok. What should I do?
