From where we sit, it doesn't take any "time" for a rock to "rock." It's just a rock. But look inside a rock, and you will see that it is the interaction between atoms, molecules, heat, pressure, light, and eyes that create the effect of "rock" in your reality. If you could shrink your perspective to the size to ride on an electron, the rock would take a lifetime to create.
The same process is going on inside you. Your physical body is the effect of the interaction between cells, tissues, organs, blood, and bile. But you are all that and so much more.
Because now you understand perspective.
